This reunion is not about registration fees it’s about coming together. We just need to know how many rooms to reserve. 

The more cabins we book, the better our group rate!

When we return to the Port of Palm Beach, please keep in mind that it takes time to get off 

the ship and for the Florida Family Team to assist everyone in getting back to their 

designated locations. 

We kindly ask that you allow extra time before booking any return flights, trains, or long 

drives home. 

Give yourself time to relax, gather your belongings, and enjoy the final moments of our 

reunion as we make sure every family member gets safely to their destination. �

Please make sure you are responsible for understanding how long public transportation may take to arrive in West Palm Beach. 

Transportation will ONLY be provided by the Florida Family from the following locations: 

• PBI Airport (Palm Beach International) 

• Brightline (West Palm Beach Station) 

• Tri-Rail (West Palm Beach Station – Tamarind Avenue) 

• Neighborhood parking areas (where vehicles will be parked) 

• Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach I-95 Outlets

• If you prefer to park at the Port of Palm Beach, parking is available for $19.00 per day. 

• Passport not required! You may travel with an original birth certificate and photo ID. 

• Children may travel with an original birth certificate. 

• If a child is traveling without a parent on the birth certificate, a notarized consent form is required. 

• All documentation details are available on the Margaritaville at Sea website.

Once you’ve made the decision to join us for the July 2026 Roots Family Reunion, Call Margaritaville at Sea at 1 (800) 814-7100 select option 3 Group Department.

Make your deposit, and then you will receive an email with the booking number so you can log in to their website to make all future payments.

Please note: All final payments are due by May 31, 2026.

Once we receive enough confirmations for the 2026 Family Reunion, all event details will be shared.

Room reservations can be secured with a deposit starting as low as $100, depending on occupancy.

Keep this in mind for your deposit:

• Interior and Overview Cabins: $100 per person or $200 for two people
   
• Junior and Grand Terrace Suites: $200 per person or $400 for two people
   

This ensures everyone has what they need to book their spot and join in the celebration. 

This reunion is more than just a vacation it’s a celebration of our roots, our love, and our 

family bond.
